🚚 Shipping

Processing time: Most orders ship within 3 business days. During launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing may take a little longer. We will always keep you posted!

Shipping rates: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.75 on all orders within the US. Shipping rates for orders outside the US are calculated dynamically at checkout, depending on the items ordered and the destination.

Delivery time: For domestic orders, orders ship via ground shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. For global shipping, customers will select their preferred shipping options at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We now proudly ship to the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii) as well as the UK, Canada, and Australia!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tini cups! If something is not quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  3. To start a return, please contact hello@tiniware.com with your order number.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


📦 Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. Tini is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address or packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier that go missing.


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are so sorry and we will make it right! Please email hello@tiniware.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the damaged item and the packaging
